I am now at JFK in NYC, awaiting my flight to Barcelona! This is so exciting! My last trip to Europe was in 2008 when I went to Italy -- Rome and Urbino.
Don't laugh -- I listened to my Spanish language cassette (yes, cassette) on my Sony Sports Walkman on the flight from Toronto to NYC! "La carta de vinos, por favor!"
Now I am on my laptop at JFK. Note: wireless access is free at Pearson, but you have to pay at JFK. O Canada!
I am now going to press Publish and hope this works. :)
Yay! It worked! I'm sure you are now in Barcelona, possibly having your first vino on Spanish ground! Keep us posted ;)
