Several stops along Barcelona Bus Turistic (red line)

After getting on the Barcelona Bus Turistic (red line) at Placa de Catalunya yesterday, the first few stops included Casa Batlio - Fundacio Antoni Tapies, Pg. de Gracia - La Pedrera and Francesc Macio Diagonal.  We then travelled down Av. Josep Tarradellas, named for the 125th President of the Generalitat of Catalonia.  He was named president of Catalonia in 1977, two years after the death of Franco.  I admittedly copied this from Wikipedia: "The sentence pronounced at [the arrival of  Tarradellas] has become really famous in a symbolic way: "Ciutadans de Catalunya, ja sóc aquí!" (Catalan for "Citizens of Catalonia, I am here!")."  Next stop -- Estacio de Sants - Barcelona's main railway station.  Then on to Creu Coberta.
