La Boqueria (The Market) on La Rambla

Today was another major day of sightseeing.  I decided to buy another two-day pass for the open air bus -- it hits all of the high points and it saves some time in trying to figure out the metro.

First stop this morning before I hopped on the bus at Placa de Catalunya: La Boqueria (The Market) on La Rambla -- very close to my hotel.  It's an absolutely beautiful market.  Much as I love St. Lawrence Market in Toronto, it kinda pales in comparison to La Boqueria.  I wish I were staying here longer and had a place to cook, because shopping for fresh foods here would be a lot of fun.
